This place was great. We got there about 2am with 5 children. You can image after along drive how that went. Lol We received our rooms without any problems and we did not have a reservation. Everything was very clean. Our rooms were very nice. The services were outstanding. When we needed more towels or water we received them. The state was amazing and accommodating. The pool area was very clean and they had towels outside waiting for us. Our stay was great and it was any easy checkout. I would recommend staying here.
This hotel has never let us down and we have stayed here on several occasions. Even if issues arise, they have been prompt and courteous w/ quick resolution. The breakfast is tasty and servers attentive. The rooms have always been impeccably clean and the beds are absolutely comfy. Gym has just enough equipment and the pool is kept clean. While some places are located near the hotel, it is a drive into the more busy and popular part of the city. The drive is worth it to me for the accomodations.
This is a great hotel! Room service and restaurant was great. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner was yummy. (I don't drink; however, the bar was nice and chill), rates per room is great, clean rooms, nice beds very comfortable (important) secured, and nice parking lot. The staff is amazing in every aspect. It's a great hotel that deserves acknowledgement! Karla and Alexandro checked us in; however, everyone there was professional and amazing. Thank you for making my kids stay so perfect We stayed for 5 nights and 1 day! Also, they allowed us a 2-hr late check out. My kids keep me busy! The office center and lobby is amazing as well. I brought my own laotop and printer, yet their space was private and unique! Thanks again and see you soon!
Standard Marriott amenities. Nice little restaurant and has a pool and gym. It is on the outskirts of town. If you don’t have a car then you will need to use taxis or rideshare to get into town. On the plus side it is next to a grocery store and a couple of strip malls.
The service is excellent, and the hotel is well-maintained. They offer several amenities, including a gym, pool, and terrace. However, be aware that it’s located far from the city center and closer to the industrial area. Consider this when choosing to stay here.
Welcome to Hermosillo, Mexico where rules comes before anything else. In this 5 Star hotel, please bring your US passport with you at all times and show it to the receptionists because that is the only form of identfication that is recognized by the hotel because any state form of ID like a driver's license or an identification card is invalid in any part of Mexico. Question to you Americans: why are you going to use a passport when you go abroad to Europe but think that you can get away with murder by entering Mexico with your state form of identfication. Here in Mexico it is baned to show any state form of identfication. Please present your passport if you do not want problems with any hotel of this chain worldwide.
The only complaints are the rock hard beds, and lack of taste in their breakfast food. Otherwise, will be staying either here again or will be renting a home in Hermosillo for any future stays. Almost Perfect this time, maybe next time around the rating will demand it be changed to all five stars
Great spot off highway if traveling. We were on our way to Mazatlan and stopped for the night. Great location, friendly staff. Beds are very very hard. Rooms are vry large and clean.
